The zero tolerance law the is for anyone age 21 and under must have no more alcohol in their system then a BAC Level of .02. 'Per Se' BAC level is .08.  License suspension for 1st offense is 91 days.  License suspension for 2nd offense is 1 year.  License suspension for 3rd offense is 2 years.
