In the state of Montana if charged for DUI you could face possible ignition interlock, a machine hooked up to your engine that detects alcohol on the driver. Those with a blood alcohol level of .18 can result in an enhanced penalty as well as driving with minors in the vehicle while under the influence, having a traffic accident, speeding and previous convictions.
