Zero Tolerance law must have BAC Level of no more than .02, this if for anyone of the age of 21 and younger.  Others over the age of 21 must not have more than a blood alcohol content level of .08

There is an open container law for both driver and passengers.

1st Offense for DUI your license will be suspended for 6 months.  Your second offense 1 year license suspension, mandatory jail time and possible ignition interlock and possible vehicle confiscation.  License suspension after your 3rd offense will vary with mandatory jail time, ignition interlock and your vehicle impounded.

                                        
When charged with DUI you will face mandatory Alcohol Education/Assessment/Treatment, participating in these programs can lesson your penalty and/or fine.  However participating in these programs is mandatory in order to restore your driving privileges.  During your education process on drinking and driving you will be assessed and if found dependent on alcohol, treatment may follow.
